In attached degree project I show suggestions which are relating with extending and more effective busienss activities, changes and extending of storage area, extending of communication activities, extending of selling of its own brand products, more effective trade routes of dealers, etc. Above suggestions should lead and existing company to the higher prosperity level and its stabilization at present competitive conditions relating with existing economic crisis.

In this diploma thesis is described problematic of regional competitiveness issue. In the theoretical part is defined region as the main actor of regional development and its funding possibilities. In the practical part is described Olomouc region supplemented by SWOT analysis. Competitiveness of the region is achieved by statistical variables from different sectors.

Opportunities of development of specific type of tourism in selected destination

This bachelor thesis analyses the opportunities of the development of specific type of tourism in a selected destination. As a specific type of tourism there is selected Dark tourism and as a destination the district called Českokrumlovsko. This bachelor thesis explains the term Dark tourism, its forms and possible motives of its tourists. Furthermore, it describes places which can be marked as a dark one in the Czech Republic and then in the district of Českokrumlovsko, exactly in the town Český Krumlov where the research is carried out. For this research there is selected a short questionnaire which shows the knowledge about Dark tourism, its potential in Českokrumlovsko and the opportunity of its growth in there. Based on the outcome of the results from the research, this bachelor thesis suggests 3 tools of marketing mix as a product, a place, a price and a promotion.

This thesis deals with Development and further education of leisure time pedagogues in youth Centres. This thesis aims to describe which development oppourtunities are and valorize importace of further education for leisure time pedagogues professional develompent. The work is devided to four main chapters. The first chpater characterizes th youth center. Second one describes leisure time pedagogues. The third one is about leisure time pedagogues direkt in youth center. And the last one deals with development oppourtunities, accredited courses in further education systém, and another "new" further ecucation oppourtunities.

Destination Management of the microregion Telčsko

This Master theses deals with the most sophisticated form of tourism management -- Destination Management -- specificly in the area of microregion Telčsko. The aim is to analyze a potential of the selected destination, determine its current tourism management and propose possible development on the basis of findings and carried out research. The first chapter introduces basic concepts related to the main issue and concretizes the evolution of Destination Management in the Czech Republic. In the next chapter there is an inroduction of the microregion Telčsko. The heart of the work is an analysis of tourism potential of the selected area, survey, SWOT analysis and suggestions of development opportunities.
